Shubhankar Pradeep

Shubhankar Pradeep is the Founder of Forion Analytics, a Bengaluru-based impact analytics and consulting firm that brings clarity, data discipline, and policy-driven structure to the social sector. With an academic foundation in Master of Public Policy (MPP) from NLSIU, Shubhankar brings a rare combination of grassroots empathy and analytical rigour into the world of consulting.
 

Before starting Forion, he worked closely with policy institutions, CSR foundations, and development organisations, gaining a deep understanding of how India’s social challenges require India-first solutions — not borrowed frameworks. His expertise lies in impact assessment, CSR optimisation, public policy research, and designing decision-making systems for organisations that want to grow responsibly.

At Forion Analytics, Shubhankar has led projects that blend data, technology, qualitative insights, and on-ground realities to help companies understand what their interventions actually achieve. He strongly believes that consulting in India must shift from PowerPoint-heavy storytelling to evidence-driven, execution-focused problem solving.
